Dear Anaheim e-Pay Customer,

On April 6, 2009, Anaheim Public Utilities will be introducing a new online payment site. The new site will offer many features you have been asking for, including:

  • Option to receive a paper and electronic bill notification.

  • One-time payment without enrolling

When you first login to the new system, please use your current user ID. Your temporary password will also be reset to your user ID. After you login, for security purposes, we will ask you to change your password. Your new password must be alphanumeric, with a minimum of six characters.

Also, should we need to contact you regarding your account, we require you to provide a phone number. We will only use this phone number to contact you regarding your account and will not share this with anyone.

For your convenience, your existing bank and credit card information and automatic payment schedule has already been transferred to the new system.

Finally, the website address for our e-Pay system has changed, so please update your bookmark for us on your internet browser.

To access the new e-Pay, go to https://www.anaheimutilities.net/ and click on the e-Pay logo. If you are having trouble with the link, please copy and paste https://www.anaheimutilities.net/ into your internet browser's address window.

Please note that during the transition:

  • Previous bills stored on the existing system will not be transferred to the new system. Please download your bills from the existing system if you want to keep them for your records.

  • In order to ensure timely payment processing during this transition, if your bill is due on or around April 6 we suggest that you schedule a your payment on or before April 2 in the existing system.

If you need additional information or require our help, please contact Anaheim Public Utilities Customer Service via e-mail at customerservice@anaheim.net or call 714.765.3300 Monday through Friday from 7:00 A.M. to 5:30 P.M.
