Dear Anaheim e-Pay Customer,
On April 6, 2009, Anaheim Public Utilities will be introducing a new online payment site. The new site will offer many features you have been asking for, including:
When you first login to the new system, please use your current user ID. Your temporary password will also be reset to your user ID. After you login, for security purposes, we will ask you to change your password. Your new password must be alphanumeric, with a minimum of six characters.
Also, should we need to contact you regarding your account, we require you to provide a phone number. We will only use this phone number to contact you regarding your account and will not share this with anyone.
For your convenience, your existing bank and credit card information and automatic payment schedule has already been transferred to the new system.
Finally, the website address for our e-Pay system has changed, so please update your bookmark for us on your internet browser.
To access the new e-Pay, go to https://www.anaheimutilities.net/ and click on the e-Pay logo. If you are having trouble with the link, please copy and paste https://www.anaheimutilities.net/ into your internet browser's address window.
